Thierry Chaussé Managing Director
Thierry Chaussé, co-founder of Salamander Jewelry, has been instrumental in shaping the company’s journey from its inception to its position as a global leader in the jewelry industry. Bringing his deep passion for jewelry and wealth of experience to Thailand, Thierry played a key role in establishing Salamander’s first office in Bangkok alongside Avi Kaplan. With a strong foundation in the art and business of jewelry, Thierry’s visionary leadership and insights have helped drive the company’s reputation for quality, innovation, and excellence.
Avi Kaplan Managing Director
Avi Kaplan, co-founder of Salamander Jewelry, has been a driving force behind the company’s growth and success. With a keen business acumen and an eye for opportunity, Avi played a crucial role in establishing Salamander’s presence in Bangkok alongside Thierry Chaussé. His strategic vision and commitment to excellence have been foundational to Salamander’s journey, helping the company set new benchmarks in quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Avi’s enduring influence continues to guide Salamander toward a bright and sustainable future.
Ofer Avidan General Manager
Ofer Avidan joined Salamander Jewelry in 2003 following the acquisition of his silver factory. Initially hired as Production Manager, Ofer played a key role in designing and constructing Salamander’s state-of-the-art factory. His leadership has shaped the company’s exemplary operational procedures and established its Sustainable Practice Strategy, achieving ISO certifications and CSR status. In April 2009, Ofer was promoted to General Manager, where he continues to lead Salamander Jewelry with a focus on innovation and sustainability.
Itay Izhari Marketing Manager
Since joining Salamander Jewelry in 2013, Itay has gained over 11 years of experience across various roles, including production, stock management, and data optimization. His diverse expertise has streamlined operations across the company. As Marketing Manager, Itay leads Salamander Jewelry’s global marketing efforts, ensuring the company’s reputation for quality, efficiency, and innovation continues to thrive.
Wanna Phetjang Manufacturing Manager
Wanna is Salamander Jewelry’s longest-serving employee, having joined the company in 2000 when it was based on Rambuttri Road, Bangkok. Initially responsible for assembly and order preparation, Wanna has grown with the company to become Manufacturing Manager. She now oversees All manufacturing process in the factory, ensuring every piece meets Salamander Jewelry’s high standards.
Vadim Mitropolitansky IT & System Programming Manager
Vadim joined Salamander Jewelry in 2013 and currently serves as IT & WEB Manager, overseeing the company’s IT and ERP Data departments. With expertise in information technology systems and enterprise resource planning, Vadim has implemented cutting-edge IT solutions to optimize operations and enhance data-driven decision-making processes. He plays a critical role in developing Salamander’s digital infrastructure, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of technological innovation.
Praputsorn Choksungnoen Human Resources Manager
Praputsorn graduated from Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University. She has 20 years’ experience in human resources management, and is in charge of developing our forward-thinking staff training programs, and projects that educate and empower our local community. She has been with the company since 2013, and is a key figure in growing the company in line with our sustainable and modern human resource projects.
Jutha Liammookda R&D Manager
Jutha joined Salamander Jewelry in 2011 and currently leads the Research & Development (R&D) Department, where he drives innovation and oversees new process development. With over 10 years of experience in PVD Coating technology, Jutha has pioneered advanced processes and techniques, elevating the quality and durability of Salamander’s products. His commitment to innovation has resulted in cutting-edge solutions and sustainable developments, ensuring Salamander Jewelry stays ahead of the industry.
Wasan Kannapat Safety and Sustainability Manager
Wasan joined Salamander Jewelry in 2008 and has since become a cornerstone of our safety and sustainability efforts. Leveraging his expertise in infrastructure and machinery, he is responsible for implementing and maintaining our safety, occupational health, and environmental systems. Wasan also drives our sustainability initiatives, ensuring the company meets and exceeds industry standards for environmental and social responsibility.
Surapon Jamsri Maintenance Manager
Surapon joined Salamander Jewelry in 2011, bringing over 9 years of experience in electrical engineering and industrial machinery. As Maintenance Manager, he is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the factory’s total area, buildings, infrastructure, and machinery. His work ensures that all systems operate efficiently, supporting seamless production and optimal performance across the entire facility.
Angkanan Sriwiset QA Manager
Angkanan has working with Salamander since 2003 starting from taking control of Bonding and Machine Setting process Which is the first production process for Salamander, after that we have expanded the production line and she took control of more production lines such as Big Gauge, Drilling, CNC, Polymer, Coating & Finishing and then in 2018 until present she has been rotated to take care of quality control department. Her tasks are to monitor from inputting process, internal production processes until final process before sending the products to customers. She is also responsible to make the plan to protect an prevent the problem in production process and set up the guild line, rules and standard of the product to match the customer’s needs.
Sakulrat Boonrat Organizational Development Engineer
Sakulrat joined Salamander in 2024, taking on responsibilities in organizational development. She holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and has experience in jewelry manufacturing processes. Additionally, she is involved in various projects aimed at developing personnel for sustainable growth
